At The Original Muck Boot Company, we stand by the quality of our footwear and offer a 30-day return policy for products in unworn, original condition. If your boots aren't the perfect fit for your lifestyle, we make the return and exchange process simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your original Muck Boots packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your prepared return package to any authorized UPS drop-off location or scheduled pickup point within 7 days of generating your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
